Weeks ago I mentioned the problems Scheneizel has with accessing BA. She forgot her password and in spite of her efforts has been unable to enter. I was waiting and hoping someone could help her but nothing happened.
I have decided to do something about it myself. I value her membership very much and I am sure, I am not the only one. I think I found the ideal solution. I cancelled her account she can't use. I left a message on her VM page, explaining the situation. Cancelling it means banning and it was important to me not to leave a wrong impression. I informed Scheneizel that she can now open a new account without having a dual one.
If she comes back, I suggested Scheneizel2. I hope she does.
Has anybody else the same problem? Me personally I can't check for dual accounts. My technical background is not good enough for that. If you have an old account you can't access and opened a new one, please let me know and I will cancel the old account.
