I don't what the hell's wrong with people and japanese people. This is why I hate monthly mangas. Black Torch has potential to become one of the biggest shonen, it has everything to succeed, but it is not doing so...
That's kind of feel like stereotypical. There are plenty of successful series out there, and saying Black Torch isn't successful because of being monthly series sounds like just an excuse.

Actually it is, because I cannot understand why it is not very popular.

There are plenty of popular monthly series out there. So, again, saying BT isn't popular because of being monthly is just an excuse. Heck, there are two other monthly series (from same magazine) which got lesser publicity than Black Torch, but selling like two times more than BT.

You have to face the fact that not every series which you like going to get popular. There are plenty of series which I thought it is great, but never got a popularity which I think it deserves.

Everyone has different taste, but BT right now isn't really good fit for majority of people.

Kaizou10 is right. I'm currently reading Zombie Powder(Kubo's first series). Although I don't think it had the same potential as Bleach, the beginning is much better than Bleach. Yet it got cancelled while Bleach didn't.

You can't say for sure, in hindsight we could have never known that Bleach would become more about fights and worldbuilding after the first volumes, rather than hollow hunting, but I doubt Zombie Powder could've developed in a similar fashion and become as big if it wasn't cancelled.

Can you give examples? It would be easier to understand what you're talking about.

I think it depends on the studio that is making the adaptation. The team behind it also is really important.

There is no doubt that Shueisha is a lot bigger than Kodansha. The most popular shounen and shoujo are published under Shueisha's belt. Kodansha has some popular works, but none of them can be compared to Shueisha.

But there are some Shueisha's animations that are either rushed (Medaka Box, for example) or cheaply animated (Reborn! and Saint Seiya, are the first examples that come to mind). There are exceptions to all rules.
